Before placing an order, the user must read and expressly accept them. The applicable Conditions will be those in force at the time each order is finalised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Identification of the owner and contact details<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online shop is owned by FUNDACI\u00d3N RECOVER HOSPITALES PARA \u00c1FRICA (hereinafter, \u201c<strong>Recover Foundation<\/strong>\u201dor \u201c<strong>Foundation<\/strong>\u201d), a non-profit organisation whose identifying details are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name: Recover Hospitals for Africa Foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT number: G84838465.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address: 27 bis Hilari\u00f3n Eslava Street, 1st floor, office 7, 28015 Madrid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered: entered in the Register of Welfare Foundations under number 28-1428.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General telephone: +34 914110968.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General email: recover@fundacionrecover.org.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store customer service email: <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@fundacionrecover.org\">pedidos@fundacionrecover.org<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website: https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online shop: https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/tienda-solidaria\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The institutional purpose of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover is to strengthen the capacities of the health centres with which we collaborate, as well as their staff, so that they can sustainably offer a dignified, quality healthcare service to low-income people in Africa. The sale of charity products through the shop helps to support the Foundation's mission, without prejudice to the legal nature of each purchase transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Object, scope and acceptance<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Fundaci\u00f3n Recover and the person who acquires products in the online store (the \u201c<strong>Customer<\/strong>\u201d). These apply to distance purchases made via https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/tienda-solidaria\/ .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these Conditions and, where applicable, of the Privacy Policy, which the Customer must have read and accepted before completing the purchase. The Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice will be provided on the website. If the Customer does not agree with them, they must not complete the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Terms are offered in Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Capacity to contract and Customer details<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a purchase, the Customer must be at least 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract. When acting on behalf of an entity or a third party, the person declares that they have sufficient authorisation to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date data, especially those necessary for invoicing, payment, collection and delivery of the order. The purchase may be made as a guest and, during the purchase process, the provision of the telephone number will be optional. Likewise, the customer may request the invoice during the checkout process, through the \u00abAdditional order information\u00bb section. In this case, it will be necessary to provide the corresponding name or company name and tax ID number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Recover Foundation shall not be liable for delays or issues attributable to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Client, without prejudice to any rights to which it is legally entitled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Products and charitable nature of the shop<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shop may offer physical products identified by their product sheet, description, images, price and, where applicable, variants, sizes, materials or other relevant features. Fundaci\u00f3n Recover endeavours to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. The images are for illustrative purposes and there may be minor differences in colour or appearance arising from the screen or the handcrafted nature of certain products, provided that these do not affect their essential characteristics or conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The term \u201csolidarity-based\u201d, the social destination of the profits, or the indication that a purchase supports the purposes of the Foundation do not in themselves convert the price paid for a product into a donation. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description or checkout process itself, the acquisition of a physical product constitutes a sale and purchase and does not generate a tax donation certificate for the amount paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the shop includes contributions or \u201ccharitable gifts\u201d that do not involve the delivery of an equivalent consumer good, they shall be clearly identified as such prior to purchase, indicating their destination, operation and legal regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prices, taxes and additional charges<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable prices shall be those shown in the store at the time the order is placed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices shall be shown in euros and shall include any taxes that are legally applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will see the total amount to be payable, including any applicable shipping costs. Currently, shipping costs amount to \u20ac5.45 for deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula, \u20ac11.95 for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and \u20ac19.95 for deliveries to the Canary Islands. However, shipping will be free for orders of \u20ac100 or more within the peninsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No additional amounts that have not been previously notified and accepted by the Customer shall be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover may modify prices, promotions and shipping costs for future orders. The changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of promotions or price reductions, current legal rules on price information and previous price will apply when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Purchasing process and contract formalisation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchasing process will be carried out by electronic means. As a general rule, it will include the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selection of the product and, where applicable, its variants or quantities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding to basket and reviewing contents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction or confirmation of the details required to process the guest purchase, including contact details, billing details where applicable, and delivery or collection; the telephone number will be optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection of the available delivery method: shipping or collection, with country\/region Spain and province Madrid where applicable in the checkout form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection of the payment method. The user may select PayPal or bank card as the payment method, via Servired\/RedSys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display of the order summary, total price and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order confirmation via a button or equivalent action that makes it clear that the order entails an obligation to pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt of an order confirmation by email or other durable medium.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before confirming the order, the Customer will be able to identify and correct errors in the entered data using the tools available in the cart and in the checkout form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover will archive the necessary order information for the legally required periods and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Customer will receive confirmation of their order on a durable medium and may request information regarding it through the customer service channels indicated in these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract shall be deemed to have been entered into when Fundaci\u00f3n Recover confirms the order electronically. Nevertheless, if the unavailability of the product, a manifest error in the price or description, or any other circumstance that legally prevents the order from being fulfilled is subsequently detected, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall inform the Customer as soon as possible and, where applicable, shall proceed to refund the amounts paid in full and without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment methods and security<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may use the payment methods enabled at any given time in the store, which are currently PayPal or bank card, via Servired\/RedSys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When payment is processed through an external gateway or provider, the transaction will also be subject to the terms and security measures of that provider. Fundaci\u00f3n Recover will not have access to full card details when the payment is processed directly by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the payment is not authorised, proves to be incomplete or is rejected by the relevant institution, the order may not be finalised or may be suspended until payment is properly received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Availability and substitutions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All orders are subject to availability. If, after an order has been placed, it is discovered that a product is unavailable, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall inform the Customer as soon as possible and shall offer, as appropriate, the cancellation and refund of the affected product or an alternative of equivalent features and value, always subject to the prior acceptance of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No unilateral substitutions will be made that alter the essential characteristics of the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Shipping, delivery and transfer of risk<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scope of delivery: Mainland \/ Balearic Islands \/ Canary Islands \/ Ceuta \/ Melilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs: the applicable shipping cost is \u20ac5.45 for orders under \u20ac100. For orders of \u20ac100 or more, shipping will be free of charge provided it is within the mainland. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the cost will be \u20ac11.95 and for shipments to the Canary Islands, the cost will be \u20ac19.95. The applicable cost will be shown to the Customer before finalising the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The estimated delivery time will be that indicated during the purchase process. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall deliver the products without undue delay and, in any event, within the maximum legally established period from the conclusion of the contract. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover will contact the Customer to offer a new date or a refund in accordance with regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, except in the legally provided scenarios where the carrier has been contracted directly by the Customer outside of the options offered by Fundaci\u00f3n Recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer shall provide an address where delivery can be made and inspect, to a reasonable extent, the external condition of the package upon receipt. If any visible damage is observed, it is advisable to note it with the carrier and notify Fundaci\u00f3n Recover as soon as possible, without this recommendation limiting the consumer's statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Right of cancellation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the Customer has the legal status of a consumer or user, they may cancel the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days following the day on which they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. For orders involving multiple goods delivered separately, the period shall run from the receipt of the last good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by means of an unequivocal statement addressed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recover Hospitals for Africa Foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email: pedidos@fundacionrecover.org<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal address: 27 bis Hilari\u00f3n Eslava Street, 1st floor, office 7, 28015 Madrid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may use the model form included at the end of these Terms, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.1. Return of goods<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After communicating the withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of such communication, unless Fundaci\u00f3n Recover offers to collect them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The absence or deterioration of the original packaging shall not in itself prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal, although the potential diminution in value may be assessed where legally applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the products when exercising their right of withdrawal. This shall not apply when the return stems from a lack of conformity, an order error or a cause attributable to Fundaci\u00f3n Recover, in which case the Foundation shall bear the costs legally corresponding to it. 10.2. Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a valid withdrawal, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall reimburse the payments received corresponding to the returned products and, where legally applicable, the standard delivery costs. If the Customer voluntarily chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered, there shall be no obligation to reimburse the additional cost of such method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which Fundaci\u00f3n Recover is informed of the decision to withdraw. Fundaci\u00f3n Recover may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer provides sufficient proof of their return, whichever condition is met first, unless the Foundation has offered to collect them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided this does not generate costs for the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Exceptions to the right of cancellation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases legally excepted. Among others, and where relevant to the products in the store, these may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sealed goods which are unsuited for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other assumptions provided for by consumer regulations that are applicable to the specific nature of the product or service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When any exception to the right of withdrawal applies, the Customer will be clearly informed of this prior to contracting and, where applicable, in the corresponding returns policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Product conformity and legal guarantee<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the applicable legal period. For new consumer goods purchased in Spain, the general liability period is currently 3 years from delivery, without prejudice to any specific rules that may apply to certain goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a product does not conform to the contract, the Customer may exercise the legally provided rights, which may include bringing the product into conformity by means of repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the requirements and limits established by the regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To manage a warranty claim, the Customer must contact <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@fundacionrecover.org\">pedidos@fundacionrecover.org<\/a> stating the order number, affected product and a description of the issue. Photographs or other reasonable information enabling the problem to be assessed may be requested without requiring disproportionate procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order arrives damaged, contains a product other than the one purchased or has obvious defects, the Customer must notify Fundaci\u00f3n Recover as soon as reasonably possible. The absence of immediate notification shall not entail the loss of the consumer's corresponding legal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover will provide a suitable solution in compliance with regulations, which may consist, depending on the case, of replacement, substitution, repair, price reduction or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Cancellation of orders prior to dispatch<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, they must contact as soon as possible <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@fundacionrecover.org\">pedidos@fundacionrecover.org<\/a>. Fundaci\u00f3n Recover will attempt to process the request provided the order has not yet entered a logistical phase that prevents its cancellation. If it has already been dispatched, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable, under the terms set out above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Customer Service, complaints and dispute resolution<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For queries, incidents or complaints relating to the store, the Customer may contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@fundacionrecover.org\">pedidos@fundacionrecover.org<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone: +34 91 411 09 68 \/ +34 648 890 167<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal address: 27 bis Hilari\u00f3n Eslava Street, 1st floor, office 7, 28015 Madrid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall endeavour to address and resolve any complaints received as quickly as possible and, in any event, within the legally applicable timeframes. If the Client is acting as a consumer, they may also resort to the public information, mediation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms that are legally available and competent for their case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal data protection<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed by Fundaci\u00f3n Recover to manage the order, payment, invoicing when requested, shipping or collection, returns, warranties, incidents and customer service, as well as to comply with legal obligations and, where a valid legal basis exists, other purposes notified to the data subject. This data may include, depending on the case, email address, guest purchase status, selected delivery method, country or region of delivery (currently Spain), first and last name, company name if provided voluntarily, postal address and complementary delivery details, postcode, city, selected province, telephone number if provided voluntarily, products purchased, order number, tax or billing details when an invoice is requested, payment references or proofs of payment, communications maintained with customer service and technical information associated with the use of the online store. The main legal bases for the processing shall be, as applicable, the performance of the sales contract and the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the customer, compliance with legal obligations regarding tax, accounting, consumer affairs, e-commerce, warranties and claims, the legitimate interest of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover in preventing abuse, fraud or security incidents and managing the relationship with the customer, and consent where necessary for the use of cookies and non-strictly necessary technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the correct management of the store, Fundaci\u00f3n Recover may communicate data or allow access to it, when necessary, to payment service providers or payment gateways, financial institutions, transport or collection operators, technological providers of the online store, invoicing or customer service, professional advisors, as well as to public administrations, authorities, courts and tribunals when there is a legal obligation. These third parties will process the data solely to the extent necessary to provide their services or fulfil the corresponding purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transactional communications linked to the purchase, such as order confirmations, receipts, payment notices, dispatch or collection information, communications regarding invoice requests, returns, guarantees, issues or customer service, will be necessary to execute the contractual relationship or handle the Customer's requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online store may use strictly necessary cookies or other similar technologies to remember products added to the basket, maintain the session, enable checkout, process payment, enhance security, prevent errors or fraud, and ensure the operation of the store. Likewise, Google Analytics cookies, including enhanced ecommerce measurement, may be used for analysis and measurement purposes, provided this is done in accordance with the user's settings and consent. The online store does not use advertising pixels or tags from Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms, without prejudice to the provisions of the Cookie Policy published on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information on the data controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods, exercise of rights and the use of cookies can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and, where applicable, in the <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a> published on the Fundaci\u00f3n Recover website, which complement these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Electronic communications and proof of contract formation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communications regarding the order may be made by email to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer agrees to receive via this channel purchase confirmations, invoices where applicable, information on dispatch or collection, returns, guarantees, issues and other communications necessary to execute the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Electronic records of the purchasing process, together with the order confirmation and payment receipts, may be used as proof of the contract in the terms permitted by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content in the Fundaci\u00f3n Recover online shop and website, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, images, designs, logos, trade names, distinctive signs, structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of the content, is the property of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by the applicable regulations on intellectual and industrial property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase of products in the online shop does not imply the assignment, licence or authorisation for the use of intellectual or industrial property rights of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover or of third parties, except as strictly necessary for the ordinary and personal use of the products purchased in accordance with their nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available, extraction, reuse or any other form of exploitation of the contents, designs, images, trademarks, logos or distinctive signs of the online store is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover or the corresponding rights holder, except in cases legally permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client may not use the name, image, logos, trade marks or distinctive signs of Fundaci\u00f3n Recover for commercial or promotional purposes, or in any way that could generate confusion, undue association or damage to the image or reputation of the Foundation, except with express written authorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Circumstances beyond reasonable control<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control, provided that it acts with due diligence and complies with the applicable legal obligations regarding information, refund or resolution. This clause does not limit the mandatory rights of consumers and users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Variation of Conditions<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundaci\u00f3n Recover may update these Conditions to adapt them to legal, technical, operational or shop-related changes. The new versions will be published with their update date and will apply to orders placed after their entry into force. Orders already concluded will remain subject to the conditions accepted at the time of purchase, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21. Partial nullity and non-waiver<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any clause is declared totally or partially void, invalid or unenforceable, such circumstance shall not affect the validity of the rest of the Conditions. The failure to exercise a right by Fundaci\u00f3n Recover shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">22. Governing legislation and jurisdiction<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
