{"id":3353,"date":"2023-09-26T18:21:28","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T16:21:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/?p=14172"},"modified":"2024-12-05T08:07:58","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T07:07:58","slug":"together-to-prevent-cervical-cancer-in-cameroon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/en\/juntos-para-prevenir-el-cancer-de-cervix-en-camerun\/","title":{"rendered":"Together to prevent cervical cancer in Cameroon!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14183 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/soul_track_02_230922.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"412\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>Thanks to the collaboration of those who bought their tickets, to the contributions to fila cero, and to the sponsoring companies, we have reached our goal and we will be able to help <strong>1,000 women<\/strong> to prevent or treat cervical cancer in Cameroon.<\/p>\n<p>At the start, Beatriz Jim\u00e9nez Mart\u00edn and Carolina Martinez Marque\u00f1o, representing the students of the 22nd edition of the <strong>EOI High Potential Women Management Development Programme<\/strong>They told why they decided to organise the concert and what they learned from the experience. <strong>\"What we have learned is that when we are all rowing in the same direction everything works\".<\/strong> said Beatriz Jim\u00e9nez Mart\u00edn, organiser.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14184 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionrecover.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/los_sponsors_02_230922.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"412\" height=\"280\" \/>Recover's general manager, Marta Mara\u00f1\u00f3n Medina, gave special thanks to the students for the initiative and to the main collaborating companies: <strong>Repsol, Sacyr Foundation, Aqualia and FCC Medio Ambiente<\/strong>as well as other companies that supported the concert: <strong>GADIS<\/strong>, <strong>Innovasur<\/strong>, <strong>Woomb Spain<\/strong> y <strong>Engie Spain.<\/strong>\u00a0He also acknowledged the solidarity of the Soul Track band and of Jorge, the presenter, who<span class=\"x_ContentPasted1\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>offered their work and time altruistically.
