How the Telemedicine Programme started and how it is developing

"Telemedicine is a project that arose from the field. Volunteers started going there to train the professionals who were working there and sent queries and doubts that arose 10 years ago. This was a very long process and the response was late. So we got in touch with people who were developing telemedicine here and they put themselves at our disposal to develop a professional-to-professional telemedicine service that helps above all with diagnosis and treatment".
