44,579 for our project in Cameroon

At Fundación Recover we have been one of the 12 winning projects of Banco Santander's Euros from your Payroll call for social projects. Thanks to this we have received 44,579 euros for our project "Maternity unit and prenatal consultations at the Christ Roi health centre in Obout (Cameroon)".

The Recover Foundation would like to thank the thanks to all the people who have supported us by spreading the word and voting for the project. Thanks to these funds, we will be able to build and equip an independent maternity module in a rural area of Cameroon, which will enable us to provide services for more than 4000 women beneficiaries over the next three years. The unit will also provide prenatal consultations, child vaccinations and training for mothers on issues related to maternal and child health.

It was the employees themselves who presented and chose our project through the Euro Fund from your PayrollThis is made up of contributions from employees who participate by donating a monthly amount through their paychecks. Group employees in Spain chose us by online voting in this 14th edition of the Call for Social Projects, in which nearly 200 projects from 168 social entities were presented.

Thank you for your support and congratulations to the other winners!
