Our Director General, Marta Marañón Medina, ha sido distinguida entre las Top 100 Mujeres líderes en España en la categoría de Función Pública, Institucional e Impacto Social, un reconocimiento que concede el diario El Español y que Marta obtiene por segundo año consecutivo

En sus más de 20 años de trayectoria trabajando en el tercer sector, ha impulsado la colaboración del sector privado para llevar a cabo tareas de ayuda social, promoviendo el trabajo en red con organizaciones de la sociedad civil. También ha ejercido como portavoz en medios de comunicación y ha participado en múltiples foros y congresos nacionales e internacionales, destacando el importante papel de la sociedad civil, la medición del impacto social, la sostenibilidad y la responsabilidad social corporativa. Fue nombrada directora general de Fundación Recover en enero de 2023, donde trabaja para facilitar el acceso a una salud de calidad y con futuro para todas las personas en África, con un modelo sanitario sostenible.

El Español ha elegido a Marañón como reconocimiento a su dedicación, la mayor parte de su vida profesional, a ayudar a los demás, mejorando la eficacia de estas ayudas a través de la evaluación y trabajando en organizaciones de cooperación al desarrollo.
