Mi salud, mi derecho

El programa de RTVE Alianza 2030 repasa con la directora general de Fundación Recover, Marta Marañón, algunos de los hitos más significativos de la fundación

El Consejo de la Organización Mundial de la Salud sobre Economía de la Salud para Todos ha descubierto que, aunque al menos 140 países reconocen la salud como un derecho humano en su constitución, sólo cuatro países han mencionado cómo financiarla. Para abordar este tipo de desafíos, el tema del Día Mundial de la Salud 2024, que se celebró el pasado 7 de abril, es “Mi salud, mi derecho”.

Y este lema es el que mueve a Fundación Recover, Hospitales para África, una organización sin ánimo de lucro que desarrolla su labor desde 2007 con el objetivo de garantizar una atención sanitaria digna y de calidad para todas las personas en África Subsahariana. Ya conocimos la labor de Recover hace unos años en este programa y hoy queremos actualizar toda esa labor de la mano de Marta Marañón, directora general de la Fundación Recover.
