We took part in the "Solidarity in action" meeting of Fundación Sanitas

En junio participamos en el encuentro "Solidaridad en acción", organizado por Fundación Sanitas, entidad aliada de Fundación Recover desde 2022.

Nuestra directora general, Marta Marañón Medina, ha formado parte de la mesa redonda junto a Manuela Escorial García, responsable de Calidad e Innovación Clínica en SANITAS DENTAL, Delia García Moratilla, psicóloga del servicio de promoción de la Salud de SANITAS EMISIÓN y Marisa Diaz, especialista de Nuevo Negocio y Alianzas Corporativas en UNICEF España.

Durante su intervención, la directora de Fundación Recover ha puesto en valor tres aspectos esenciales en la alianza con Fundación Sanitas:

1. Es una alianza sostenible en el tiempo; es decir, está pensada para el largo plazo.

2. Acompañan campañas de salud, algo poco habitual entre fundaciones corporativas, ya que suelen apoyar más con infraestructuras o equipamientos.

En concreto, han apoyado la campaña de control prenatal y, más recientemente, NUTRI-m, un programa pionero que hemos diseñado para reducir la desnutrición infantil en África y que ya ha alcanzado a 4.000 menores, 700 de ellos gracias a la colaboración con Fundación Sanitas.

3. Es una alianza 360 grados porque involucran a su personal en el programa de Telemedicina.

En el acto, conducido por la periodista Marta G. Novo, directora de Hoy por hoy Madrid de Cadena SER, también han estado presentes Yolanda Erburu e Iñaki Peralta; respectivamente, directora general y presidente de Fundación Sanitas.

Además de su alianza con nosotros, Fundación Sanitas colabora con Fundación Alentia, Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado (CEAR), UNICEF , Cruz Roja Española, Fundación Cesare Scariolo, Fundación Jérôme Lejeune España, ONG Cesal, Fundación Real Madrid y Fundación MAPFRE.
