The programme includes a system of permanent connection with families via mobile phones This allows clinics and health centres to stay in continuous contact with family units. This tool facilitates the monitoring of children's health and nutritional status for a period of 9-12 months.
Child malnutrition, which is directly linked to poverty, prevents children from having access to adequate nutrition, which is a major cause of malnutrition. affects their physical, mental and social development, and jeopardises their future. Fundación Recover's approach includes monitoring the nutritional status of minors, offering resources to the neediest families, facilitating access to medical and hospital treatment, and raising awareness among caregivers and healthcare staff about proper nutritional and hygiene practices. In addition, we promote a culture of permanent health monitoring through technological means and scheduled visits to medical centres.
